If you want to raise a complaint either with our website, services or another player in game for example we will listen fairly and without judgement respond to you offering support when requested to resolve any issues that are raised. We are looking to implement a system to gather feedback and constructive criticism to help us to develop.

If your complaint is in relation to an in game issue don’t forget (if applicable) to let us know your account name and or characters name.

We endeavour to respond as soon as possible within 24 hours in relation to donations however please allow us up to 48 hours to respond to allow staff holiday / downtime. You can also DM us on Discord for donations and urgent issues.
