There are a number of custom artifacts and commonly known quests and rewards / items some of which have been balanced with existing items and systems in the game.
Custom artifacts have been designed to have the max number of property’s ( 7 ) that you could achieve using the enhancement stone on a normal peice of gear. Which would usually cost a good chunk of gold on enhancements.
The Lich Staff below is an example of an unique item as it has 8 stats (if you ignore nightsight) The staff maxed out and can’t be enhanced using enhancement stone past 7 properties. This is to balance the system.
